Serviced apartments in West Sedona

Staff was excellent. Hotel needs updating. So many kids, so avoided the pool.

The rooms were clean but a bit outdated. We stayed for just a night so it didn’t matter much. We were a large group (3 adults and 3 kids) and felt there was enough space with two queens and a sofa bed. The pool was heated which the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was included which was just one selection on the menu. We ordered other things so they applied a $5.95 credit per person if ordering something different from the ‘free’ option.

Staff were all amazing and friendly. Went out if their way to help. Front desk, maintenance, etc. property lacks a bar or restaurant. Great stay.

Very small mobile homes, all pretty much the same. I felt very cramped inside. Very dated decor. The outside was quite nice and well maintained. You will be asked to listen to a timeshare pitch. I very firmly said no right at the beginning and was never bothered again. Kitchen was a small gally style. OK for a quick meal, not so much for a fully prepared meal.

The Villa we got had a leak kn the roof and it just so happen to rain on the day we stayed. My husband slipped and hurt himself.
