Room was clean, maintenance staff very quick and responsive when toilet did not flush during the stay. Team allowed for a 11:00 am check out which was much appreciated. 10 am is way too early.

Clean room, good amenities. Only negative was our adjoining suite room neighbors were it even being that loud but we could hear almost every word. Made it not feel very private. Also, felt like the signage for the building numbers could have been much more clear. Building numbers didn’t seem to align with room numbers and not signs are stairways down to back-building rooms was confusing, especially in the dark. Overall a good stay and I would stay again.

The room was great. Very bug and spacious suite. Front desk personnel ( Kaitlyn ) was great. We were two families checking in, with two different types of rooms and she was really great at giving us the closest room to eachother. Great amenities and good looking rooms, well equipped. A little out of the way from the main part if town but it was well situated. - the only part that i didnt like was the resort fee which wasnt clearly advertised in Expedia, when i made the reservation

The room was clean, there were some random missing and broken tiles in the bathroom, but other then that it was great. The tv service also isnt the best. It keeps freezing and lagging badly. But the staff is excellent. I would ask to stay away from the main road at building 17 next time. As sleeping was kind of hard because you can hear the highway thats right outside the door all night. But again it was very nice!
