Great hotel, location and staff 😄

Big room, lots of places to eat, The Kitchen Table restaurant had a great breakfast for a good price. Not walking distance from the strip due to the bridge over the freeway. Free parking is another plus!

Great boutique hotel in between the strip and downtown Las Vegas. The room was clean and well stocked with all the toiletries you need. The reception staff were great and always helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. The restaurant offers an entire menu but you get to pick only from 4 preselected breakfast items, but each one was very tasteful and filling. Even though the breakfast is complimentary, be sure to take a form of payment for beverages and tip as they are not included.

The staff is very professional and the hotel is very clean as long as you don't have a room on a floor under construction. The restaurants are okay but the café has short hours so anything late night is at small food court with minimal selections of foods.

Unfortunately the management and front desk staff are clueless. Check in was chaotic to say the least trying to encourage online check ins when the software took longer than the line to complete. If you have a breakfast credit it will not work you will still be charged despite specifically asking on how to apply the credit and clarifying how to use the credit. It sees that the staff is not trained properly and it's unfortunate especially working in customer service and organizing corporate events this is not a location I would pick.
