Las Vegas Strip all inclusive resorts

Staff is nice , not much eating options, clean room … absolutely worst casino (horrible and rude gamblers)

Beautiful room. The view was not good as it looked down into the rideshare area, but the inside on the room was very nice. We also enjoyed the restaurant options on site.

When we checked in we were offered a renovated room for an extra 20.00/night with a garden view, we took it. They also asked if we wanted housekeeping everyday which we said yes too. First day we were there they didn’t clean our room and we had to ask for towels. They also failed to mention with a garden view that the music out by the pool would be so loud during the day that all you would hear is loud booming from the base all day! So we asked for a new room…they gave us a unrenovated room that the air conditioning didn’t work in and on top of that did not refund us our 20.00 for the remaining 6 nights we were there. Out of the remaining 6 nights in the unrenovated room housekeeping only showed up 2 times! We had to phone them every other day to bring us clean towels! Their excuse was that our privacy sign was on the door so that’s why they didn’t clean…I didn’t know you had to be up at 8:00 in the morning in Vegas and out of your room for the day to get your room cleaned! There was no reason they couldn’t have came back after doing other rooms to check if the privacy sign had been removed when we did leave for the day! All in all the stay there was not enjoyable. The only positive was the location of the hotel…housekeeping gets a big 👎👎👎👎

This place is ran down and need lots of up grade I rented through Expedia and paid a lot of money for a room which put me in they cheapest hotel motel. It even smell old my mom use to bring me here when I was a kid and it look the same 45 yrs later. Why couldn’t I get a tower room for the price I paid. Never again it for the locals how just want to use the pool.

I had a wonderful stay at the resort. Arrival was easy and seamless I was able to check my bag with the bell desk, and valet promptly took care of my car. Although it was a very busy weekend, the front desk still managed to check me into my room early, which I really appreciated. The room itself was very nice and elegant. I did notice a small stain on one of the sheets, but after contacting housekeeping, they quickly came and replaced the top sheet. Overall, the staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. I also had the chance to see Cirque du Soleil Mystère, which was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed the coupons and deals offered as part of staying at the resort it added great value to the experience. Overall, I would definitely come back!

Loved this location. Beautiful lobby and downstairs area. Close to everything.
