Food was excellent at all the places in the casino. Hotel staff was great. Some of the dealers (blackjack) weren't great. Trouble with them counting to 21, not kidding. Smelled like mold on 7th floor really bad; however, i would stay here again!

Great location-across the street from The Palms and adjacent to The Rio. Both an easy walk to get to from the Gold Coast. Also across the street is a Walgreens, Denny’s, Chick-a-Filet and a Wahoos diner providing convenience an options! Parking is easy and a short walk to the casino. All the rooms are renovated and very nice.

The hotel stinks like smoke, the dealers can’t make their way around a dice game and have hands like Lobsters (is this a break in house?)! They can’t even run down a stack of 20 checks smoothly and without looking to get the first 5 on the layout! Smoking weed at the front door, Ping Pang Pong Dim Sum was AWFUL (awful the first time I tried it years ago and gave it a second chance and it was awful)! Exchange of Gunfire in the apartments behind the hotel! Seedy clientele, Meth-head street walker trying to get me to use my room key to get her onto another floor! The elevators and shafts stink like smoke! Sink in my room wouldn’t drain! Bill Boyd’s wife was at my wedding and Sam must be rolling in his grave, he’d be disgusted with this property! TERRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN!
