The property was perfect. ALL of the staff was amazing. They were working on the elevators that was a little inconvenient. Wish there was dining on property. I will definitely be staying here my next trip to Vegas.

The elevators is only problem for the hotel..but they were made already aware of in comms before arrival. It’s quiet and easily accessible to casinos properties in area…when BLVD begins to move tenants in it will be that much better for options

Excellent stay. The staff were always asking if I needed anything, which I really appreciate. Half block off the strip near the Aria and MGM Grand but less than half the price. Would highly recommend.

Central location. Customer service was excellent with text updates and check ins for room needs. Cleaning could be better like vacuuming mattress to get crumbs and hair left behind of pull out couch and some sheets as well had some hair and old stains. We cleaned and used our own sheets but they are open to bring new sheets. The elevators are a little tight but it was only noticed bc there are 3 and 2 were down throughout our stay. Gym is clean. Security deposit you get back after your stay is 250$. Valet was the most convenient to use as it was only 2.00$ more than self parking.

Polo Towers Las Vegas 03/2025

I liked the fact that the room had a full kitchen & a large bathroom with 2 separate sink vanities & a large shower/tub. The only thing I had issues with are the elevators. They were slow. Also when I pressed for the elevator to go down, the light will turn off after a few seconds & there's no elevator. There's usually a line of people waiting. That ruined a good/excellent score.
