We had a wonderful 2-night stay that truly felt like a home away from home. The property was exceptionally neat and clean, but what impressed us most was the incredible service. When we encountered an issue with the kitchen dishwasher at 12:30 AM, we called the front desk, and a maintenance team member was at our door within minutes to help. We are so thankful for their prompt, late-night assistance! Overall, it was a fantastic experience

The room was spacious, but a bit outdated. We requested room cleaning from the front desk, but unfortunately no one ever came to clean it. From the first day, we were also out of conditioner; we called to request more, but it was never brought to us. Overall, our stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement, and striving for excellence in service would make a big difference.
