I got bit by bed bugs all over my legs when I woke up. There was no conditioner in the shower. The counters hadn’t been wiped down. My biggest concern is the copay I had to pay at the hospital after i checked out.

Free parking is great! One of the best views of Strip skyline, IMO. Rooms are dated, but very spacious! Views from window (26th floor) was amazing! The non smoking side of casino was appreciated and had a sense of calm that we enjoyed. Furniture in room and common spaces is fabric. So the cleanliness was subpar. Spots, stains, cigarette burn marks. Wish that would be upgraded. Great communication with Expedia app and the hotel. I was consistently updated regarding any hotel updates (i.e. check in available, room readiness). I scanned my ID at kiosk upon arrival and was on my way to my room! Easy peasy. Elevators on Masquerade Tower side were fast. Food court has a few dining options.

I really recommend this hotel! The rooms are completely clean, and the bed is very comfortable. I stayed for 4 nights, and during my entire stay, housekeeping came every day — they provided fresh towels and kept my room perfectly tidy. I really liked it. For the price, compared to other hotels in Las Vegas, this is definitely a great option. Totally recommended!

Broken pieces in room, stained sheets, 30 for bags to be picked up from parking at valet, 1.5 hrs to have bags delivered to room once requested, additional blanket was requested and it was thin like a towel and looked like ones you get at a nursing home, and AC was loud and random made banging noise.

This comes from first time experiencer to Vegas; was excited to experience Vegas but started with extremely confused entrance to the Hotel; nobody was there to assist on check in, on how to find my room or what building I was supposed to look for. Each building has a name, and if you don’t know that you don’t even know what you’re looking for. It wasn’t until I went into a store and asked for guidance but nobody really approaches you. There’s some inside sales agents who are really pushy to sell you to a point it’s uncomfortable no matter how many times you say no, I agree if these agents were outside the hotel but this hassle inside I don’t agree with; I believe I want to have a relaxing stay at the hotel, not be hassle with. Room is really big, spacious and comfortable; it was clean tho the AC didn’t really feel like it function well, temperature fluctuated throughout the night. I knew about the $56 resort fee but I don’t see what that entails; probably the pools but the pools aren’t even open right now. There’s a section with some large TV where you can relax away from the casino area, but aside from that everything else you are charged for; there were no amenities to think this fee is justifiable.

The reality is very different from what's advertised on Instagram; the environment is precarious, the bathroom ceiling is cracked, the place needs to be closed and renovated. The service is poor.

Was not assigned a room I was shown online. The room was absolutely filthy and had stains from smoke damage, water damage, dirt on carpet that won’t come out, dirty sofa I’m sure had bed bugs. Pillows and sheets smelled of mildew I’m sure there’s growth of mold somewhere in there. The rooms advertised online is that shows renovated and beautiful are not what they are assigning people at check in. The room looked like there was a rock star party in 1972 that never ended. Absolutely the worst experience. The staff were friendly, and casino/resort was fine but being blind winded by a room assignment was heartbreaking for my first experience to Vegas.
