Air conditioning is terrible

The AC did not get the room even slightly cool. It was 86 all day and all night. Could not sleep one bit. They said it's normal. No. It's not. They need to upgrade their systems.

All food at the casino was excellent and affordable. There was a few issues at the casino that i feel staff was poorly trained on with no communication. Although all staff and management was very polite and helpful resolving issues

The elevators felt unsafe. They were even out of order at one point and only one elevator out of 4 worked so it took 45 min to get to my room. Everyone one was tense and there didn’t seem to be any help or reassurance that they were being fixed from not one member of the staff. I needed to get to my medication for my bad back and I had to wait for so long that I didn’t even want to leave the hotel for dinner because I wasn’t sure how long it would take to get out of my room to the main floor and back up to my room after dinner. I don’t think we will stay at the Rio again.

When i first checked in i walk into my room and the first thing I saw was the bed, dirty and nasty stuff in the ceiling when .I went downstairs to talk to the receptionist un supervisor they had said that I was locked into that room and then the only thing they can do is send housekeeping i had to go for my boyfriend to the airport, and when we come back housekeeping, and she had only changed the sheets when we asked her if she was going to clean the ceiling, she says she couldn't do that to talk to the front desk again. When we went back downstairs, they were a little bit rude to us, saying they couldn't do anything win 5 hours into trying to get moved to another room. They wouldn't want to and still people checking on didn't make no sense? Why you guys are advertising remodeled rooms and you get a nineteen sixty five room, filthy and dirty. The elevators in the masquerade side didn't not work and the weight to go to your room was 45 mins because only one elevator was working.They also made an extra two charges that they argued that was not showing up in their system, and they still charged me for it.

two expensive pillows were taken from our room after I turned down service we requested, and the front desk and showed us they would do everything they could to find them, and ship them back to us. The day after we got back, I received an email saying they couldn’t find them, and that was the end of it. I requested compensation, and I am still waiting to hear back.

The Vegas you want at an affordable price!

You get what you pay for and MORE!! The masquerade tower is amazing! With big and spacious rooms with a huge bath room. Definitely will be staying there again.
