Don't know why they gave out this room. Carpet had just been shampooed along with some furniture & everything was wet. Dropp d off our stuff thinking it would dry while we were out. Came back 5 hours later to a still wet floor. Hopped in bed with shoes right next to it. Floor dry this am. Too much hassle to go down & get new room at 11 pm

Hot tub closed. Only a few pools open. Limited dining. Front desk check in. Not good. Lied to about availability pay a lot to check in early. Had to seek manager to get fixed. Do not like resort fees at 61 and 64 we do not use. But still gotta pay I will say. Housekeeping was excellent! Dont like the food options have to order in a kiosk, and then they want a tip! Deposit are high. Been going here for many years. Since it opened , not sure if i will go back.
