I always like staying here when in Wenatchee. It clean and comfortable. Nice pool and spa. The breakfast buffet is incredibly good!! Beds are always comfortable at RL in my opinion. The staff was kind and I felt safe there. Very quiet, I slept well. Looking forward to my next visit…mostly I'm looking forward to the breakfast. A+

About Right For The Price

We live nearby, and we were attending a concert and thought we might be drinking so we decided to get a room near the concert venue. I was surprised that the Red Lion had the lowest price, as it looks really nice from the outside, and was fairly nice last time I had been in...but that was years ago. Overall the stay was fine, but I can see why the price is so low. Everything inside is very outdated, and while the room was clean and comfortable, the carpet had visible holes, public areas looked dingy, needed vaccumed, and windows washed. Nothing some good management and elbow grease couldn't fix. We did not opt for the breakfast add-on, but the buffet looked on par with what we've seen at other hotels.

I was given a room that was stinky with smoke,although it had a "no smoking" plaque on the door! I am asthmatic so I had to use my very expensive Michael Kors "Sexy Amber" perfume to avoid getting an asthma attack!!! I used mt emergency inhaler & then noticed 3 large cigarette burns right in front of the large mirror near the bathroom/front door-I took pictures & went to the front desk to report! I was told I'd get a 10% refund($11.90??). Really? I have had medical treatments at nearby hospitals & stayed here 3-4 times in the last 4-5 months with no complaints,....until NOW!

I do not like dishonesty in advertising, so I will start with a big negative. We were looking for some pool time, and we chose the Red Lion based on the pictures of the pool. Well, those rows and rows of lounge chairs in the pics-- well they are not there. Not a single lounge chair, just some $4 walmart plastic table chairs, not good for sunning. MAJOR disappointment. On the positive the Red Lion did offer us breakfast buffet included (apparently not everyone gets the breakfast). It included real eggs and bacon/sausage, better than the average hotel breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. If you want it cleaned, you have to ask in the morning for clean service. The internet was great, as was the TV service. Location was central with several restaurant choices nearby, but there did seem to be a presence of homeless people in the rear parking lot. Overall the property is dated, and in need of repairs and upkeep, but comfortable. C'mon!! get some new lounge chairs!!!

Its a good property for the price. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. The TV's were not working this trip. We found that to be quite dissapointing. But all in all, it was a nice stay

Recently booked a stay at the Red Lion in Wenatchee. After checking into our room, we heard a dog barking nonstop. I gave it a few hours, hoping it would stop—it didn’t. Finally, I went to the front desk, along with another guest who had also had enough. The staff member said all he could do was call the room. He wouldn’t move me, wouldn’t do anything else—just offered to cancel my reservation, which almost felt like a threat—and he did it with a smirk. On top of that, the shower handle was broken, the exterior door was falling apart, and the carpet in the hall was so loose it was a trip hazard. This place has definitely seen better days. Find another hotel that actually cares about its guests

Fun but bring your own chairs!

The outdoor pool and hot tub was what made us choose this property and the pool was refreshing and clean. Unfortunately the area offers very sparse seating. No loungers , 2 small dining tables with less than 10 chairs in total . As well ,we loved the fact that each room has a private balcony...unfortunately no chairs are provided to sit on it. We used our own foldable camp chairs and tables. The property needs some outdoor maintenance/cleaning crew. We saw several broken sprinkler heads and a water geyser that wasted a lot of water and sprayed cars. We enjoyed our stay in spite of these issues and just hope that the owners spend a little money cleaning it and doing some fun and comfortable upgrades to the pool and common areas as well as the balconies. Breakfast good and plentiful but is over at 9am. Good internet Pet Friendly

We checked in and went to our room. Could not get the a/c to work…the room was very hot and stuffy. Called the front desk and they assured me maintenance would be there shortly. We waited. And waited. Decided to go have dinner. Came back from dinner, room was even hotter and maintenance hadn’t been there. Called the front desk and received no help. We changed hotels and will never stay at another Red Lion.
