Disappointing Front Desk Service, but Good Stay Overall
My check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff member, Tamara, was unprofessional and unwelcoming. When I arrived, she was on her phone and continued to scroll for several minutes even after I politely asked to check in. Her attitude was dismissive and rude both at check-in and again during check-out.
On a positive note, the hotel room itself was clean and everything was in working order. Breakfast was good, though the potatoes served were undercooked.
Overall, the poor customer service at the front desk significantly impacted my experience.
