Shower/WC in the pool area, pergola, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 1 km. Cycle lane 1 km.
