Upstairs, a cozy mezzanine with a sofa bed (120x190 cm) leads to a second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed.
Outside, a beautiful covered terrace allows you to enjoy meals or relaxing moments outdoors in any weather.
For your comfort throughout the year, the entire accommodation is fully air-conditioned.

You will be greeted directly by Katia, the owner of the residence.
The flat has 1 private parking space in front of the house. The residence is closed by an electric gate.
