The day I was supposed to check in and was on my way to find the home, I realize that they had not communicated anything to me. I reached out to them to ask for the details and instead of responding directly to me they simply canceled my reservation leaving me and my significant other on the street to figure out where to sleep that night. I had booked this well in advance and received confirmation in advance. Leaving me and my significant other on the street like this was completely unacceptable with a lack of communication.
