Upper West Side golf resorts

Excellent stay, great staff, especially Adrik who did our check-in, and was friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast could use some work

Clean room, great uws location, excellent staff, delicious coffee and French pastries

Wallpaper falling off walls. Bathroom was clean. Toilet paper roll falling off the wall and not functional. TV didn’t work if you were using the coffee pot. Room wasn’t cleaned until we asked. Amenities and parking were $20/day even if you didn’t use them. Unfortunate because it could have been a good stay in an older eclectic building. Staff was very nice when notified though- although they just said there was nothing they could do about it as we booked through hotels.com. Hotels.com should vet their places better and not book out trash.

Hotel location is great, room was ample and impeccable. The complimentary breakfast has been downgraded, it used to be a good latte/capuccino and choice of pastry, now it is a cup of plain drip coffee and a dry croissant or bagel. Not very nice for the $500 they charged for the room.
