Our shuttle driver was our first introduction to the didn't greet us. We also had him the next morning on our return to the airport. Still seemed put out. We sat in the lobby waiting for our shuttle in the morning and 3 employees passed buy us and never said good morning. We were not on our phones or engaged in conversation. I paid extra for breakfast and was told the restaurant would not be. open before we left. I asked if we could use it for our dinner and pay the difference. The answer was no. We did eat in the restaurant and the food was very good. We did get a 15% discount. Chose this hotel for the pool. The pool was great.

The service in the restaurant was excellent both eat in and room service. I was so pleased they allowed pets and we were on the ground floor which made it very convenient for potty breaks. The only down side was the carpet in the room with an 8 week old puppy I was reluctant to put him down there lest he have an accident.It would also be great if they had some seating outside which they don't. The staff on check in were not very friendly did not seem to enjoy thier job.Housekeeping staff were great.

The employee at the front desk took up to thirty minutes to get us our room and kept questioning me on my booking, didn’t get resolved until someone else came over and told the employee I was correct and that it was a pre paid for booking. Other then that everything was great.
