I had a wonderful customer service. When I needed something, the hotel staff were happy to help. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I was surprised at how quiet the rooms were being so close to the airport. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well.

First time ever that I stayed at a Sheraton and was told I was not included on the list for free breakfast. The gentleman looked down through his printed off list and said nope you’re not included. Since when does your room rate justify whether you get breakfast. It’s not complimentary breakfast if it is based on what you are paying for your room. I just thought it made the hotel look very cheap!

We were in Rm 127 handicap, I found the lighting very poor, had a hard time getting in the bed because it was so high. We found the Parking fee very high. We stayed at the Best Western Plus last week & the parking was free. Other than that it was Ok.
