Housekeeping not good. Beds are very poorly made. Not what you would expect at a Sheraton Hotel
Pills left untouched, condition the room was left in after the room attendant serviced the room.
Unclean sofa in room 340 4th floor
The norm, housekeeping staff just pull the top over over and don't make up the bed properly

The check in was uneventful. Security is good. You have to swipe your room card to use the elevator. Parking should be included though. Also the fan in the room is very loud. I tried to reach front desk by phone but no answer. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars
