I had a great stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spotless and amenities were top notch. I was down for a TFC game and walking to and from the stadium was a breeze. The Lakeview room was great!

The hotel is gorgeous. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake, the beds were so comfortable, and the bathroom was enormous. The staff were also lovely. The only issue we encountered was a weird knocking/banging sound coming from the walls in the bathroom of our room. It was constant, and made it difficult to sleep. We called the front desk close to midnight and security came to check it out. He heard the noise and said he was going to another floor to investigate, but we never heard anything more from him. We do wish that they had dealt with that better as the noise interrupted our sleep quite a bit.
