The room was clean and adequate. A variety was offered for breakfast. Shuttle service was available but you had to call the hotel for pick up and depended on availability of the driver,so there was a wait time.

Check in computer system down and could not get into room for 2 hours. No support from management to help the one person at the front desk dealing with 50 people. Mgmt should have a deep reflection on how to avoid this situation.

Great staff and facilities were well kept and clean. Breakfast was good but it would be nice to have regular sausage links and bacon too because the sausage patties were very dry and maybe some whipped cream and fresh fruit for the omelets to dress them.
