Staff were super friendly and helpful! We had a maintenance issue (a/c was extremely loud) in our first room and they were super accommodating and immediately swapped us to a different room. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard as far as hotels go; not good, not bad, so it felt a bit overpriced at $20/person when most hotels offer free breakfast buffets. The rooms and lobby were very clean, but much of the building seems pretty worn down. The elevator was constantly having issues and everyone was constantly having to wait 5+ minutes for the elevator to arrive. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but there were a few maintenance inconveniences. Any negatives were definitely not the fault of the staff, who were all lovely :)

Unfortunately, the room was not clean. The floor or carpet had grit on it and the bathroom had mould around the shower stall. Very unfortunate.

Phenomenal Staff

To the owners: Your staff was exellent and should be recognized for their dedication to help all who stay there. Phenomenal in everyway, polite, courteous, and I feel went well an above their exptations and I would stay again just becausee of them only. Great water prssure and the water was hot. Breakfast was of buffet style. Good variety of choices. Now for the hotel it's self, needs to be renovated. It is showing it's age. We stayed in room 611 and the carpet was dirty, yes vacuumed but still had spots. Suggest to put vinyl of some sort, The toilet, you had to hold the handle down in order to fully flush. Need brighter lights and more bars in the bathroom. Need an exhaust also. Art work could be different and depict the surrounding area. Please get a new van to pick up individuals at the airport that is staying there. My wife and I stood out there due to going into toronto and each time we new when the van was approaching. It was the only one that looked old and hate to say it, nasty. Take some pride and buy a new van, it just shows the owners they want the money and not spend in order for individuals to have a nice ride. It just might surprise you that people tend to stay at a place that is nice in all aspects. Renovate, buy a new van, and then see if more individuals stay or not. You have to spend in order to achieve.
