Check in was busy (hectic for the gal) , but efficiently done ..Bravo... Units were clean , but could have used a "plug in" air freshener to keep the room smelling good , just a suggestion, small investment to make (a case of "plug-ins", to impress the Guest even more upon entering their room ( a little musty, but... to be expected for an older property.. so all good) breakfast was Great 👍, coffee was good (not to strong, not to weak 👍), it's a plus being a pet friendly place 👍.. had a good selection of snacks and drinks in the concession area, and reasonably priced as well.. At check out, DJ my front desk guy was a awesome young man and was very helpful , informative,kind and friendly.. He really made my day w our conversation... 😊... "service w a smile"...thanks DJ.. 😉👍 So...all around good stay I will make this my Spot wen I'm in Ellensburg, Yakima or Cle Elum.. 👍👍😉

Breakfast offered stale bagels and muffins. The toilet ran constantly. The bathtub sloped to the middle. The chair and ottoman were stained. The bed was comfortable though.

I was there for a cwu graduation. I originally booked 2 nights and had no trouble calling before 2 and cancelling the second night. The bed was hard but the room was clean. The amenities around Ellensburg were lovely.

I never leave reviews but i am this time in hopes that nobody will have to experience what I did. I paid over 300 for 2 queen bed and the shower was broke so took a lot to turn on and there was a leak on the bathroom floor. I let the front attendant know and she said “I will make a note of it. “ They didn’t even try to accommodate. The breakfast was just waffles and bagels or English muffin but the bagel was very hard. Worst experience ever.

It met my needs. I was in a road trip with my 2 dogs and I was pretty tired. I needed a shower and a comfy bed and that was accomplished. $20.00 pet fee per dog was cheaper than most and I appreciated that. I did have to wonder about their policy of having the ground floor pet free rooms and the upstairs for people with pets. It would make sense to have guests with pets on the ground floor for easier access, as it was not easy carrying my belonging and my two dogs on a leash up the stairs. But, it’s their hotel, not mine. The bed, linens, towels smelled and felt clean. I didn’t get woken up by outside noise or unruly guests. There was not a lot of traffic and a convenient place to take the dogs to pee.

Very noisy a/c fan. My pictures would tell all but the Hotels com app won't let me add them. Don't look behind furniture or under the bed you'll find trash and cobwebs. Cigarette burn on the comforter. The room we stayed in needs a good cleaning and updating. The wifi was so weak I couldn't use my Chromebook. Positives: the night check-in gal was helpful getting the TV to work and providing a loaner hair dryer. The bed was comfortable. We stayed because other accommodations weren't available do to a nearby state H.S. track championship meet.

Stuck in 1970 time warp and absolutely one of the single most worst hotel stays ever. Broken furniture, missing lightbulbs, room filled with gnats, some didnt survive the sing exploration, blood on the bedding, breakfast waffles with no syrup. Crystalized honey in a distorted, melted jug that someone tried to microwave in an attempt to liquify it back to 2025.

Great economy stay. Front desk is friendly and nice. Rooms are not fancy but clean. Breakfast is basic but decent and they keep it well stocked. Has a pretty lake behind it. Near a good truck stop so lots of trucks around.
