Die Umgebung ist klasse, wenn man das Wandern liebt wie wir!!!Das Haus ist gut gelegen, es ist ruhig und man kann gut abschalten.Im Haus hätte ich mir für den Preis einfach mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. Es wirkte schon ein wenig abgewohnt, die Fenster wurden länger nicht mehr geputzt, die Fußleisten waren verstaubt und teilweise fleckig, Spinnenweben hier und da, Wollmäuse an den Zimmerrändern usw. Das hat mich schon enttäuscht.

Süßes Häuschen mit genug Platz und allem was man braucht. Unsere Wanderungen konnten wir von direkt vom Haus beginnen.

Hätte besser sein können!

Bei unserer Anreise fanden wir eine kalte Unterkunft vor. Nach einem Anruf war der Besitzer in kürzester Zeit vor Ort und hat den Fehler behoben. War wohl ein Stromproblem. Man hätte aber auch vor der Anreise von neuen Urlaubern mal nachschauen können. Von einer neuen Hütte kann ja auch nicht die Rede sein. Lediglich der Anbau ist neu. Desweiteren klemmen fast alle Türen im Außenbereich. Fahrräder einschließen gestaltet sich jedesmal als ein Abenteuer, da man nicht weiß ob der Schlüssel nicht abbricht. Das nächste war das mitgebuchte Wäschepaket. Einmal Bettwäsche für 2 Wochen ist ja noch ok. Aber jeweils ein Badetuch und ein Handtuch pro Person für 2 Wochen geht ja mal überhaupt nicht! Auf unsere Nachfrage nach neuen Handtüchern, sollten wir diese in Wernigerode für 30€ auch noch selbst abholen. Wir haben uns dann welche gekauft. Übrigens, Kommunikation von seitens der Agentur ist nicht einmal einen Stern wert. Eigentlich ist es eine Frechheit wie man behandelt wird. Das Beste am Urlaub war die Gegend rund um die Unterkunft und die Ruhe in selbiger. Wir waren in Mai an der Nordsee. Auch in einem gemietetem Haus, was neu, mit allem ausgestattet und sogar noch billiger war. Gebucht über Home to go. Da ist der Kunde König!

Wie beschrieben, sehr schön

Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus recht gut gelungen, liegt sehr schön und würden es wieder buchen. Die Innenrenovierung incl. überwiegend neuer Möbel und etwa einem praktisch neuwertigem Badezimmer ist richtig angenehm. Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer, wohl ebenfalls neu, sind sehr chic, wohl modern, aber zumindest für uns dann doch wieder unbequem (eher Liegesofa). Endlich mal keine durchgelegene (neue) Betten; diese recht stramm. Der Kühlschrank (geräumig) mit offenem kleinen Gefrierfach passt dann allerdings nicht mehr in die heutige Zeit. Mückengitter an mindestens zwei Fenstern wäre noch recht schön, um Mückenfrei lüften zu können. Dann wären auch einzelne tote Wespen und Fliegen nicht auf dem Boden und Couch zwischen den Polstern zu finden gewesen. Einige Gläser und Teller hatten dann doch noch ein wenig Rest-Belag/Krümel. War aber undramatisch und mit kurzem Nachspülen erledigt. Die Packung Toilettentücher im Badezimmer hatte exakt das letzte Papier im Spender und stellt dann eher Deko dar. Im Vergleich zu diversen ähnlichen Objekten ist dieses hier aber schon recht sauber. Die Kosten für die Endreinigung empfinden wir dennoch aus vorgenannten Gründen als zu etwas hoch, zumal es sich ja auch nicht unbedingt um ein niedrigpreisiges Objekt handelt.
