The place looks really nice on the website but it’s not. For $89 a night this place we be up to par. For $200 a night this is nothing short of a disappointment. It’s says there is a hot tub, there is 100% NOT! They do not have WATER, a water fountain or a bottle fill for guest. Really water…? The carpets are duck tapped together all over the building. The stair wells have a rubber coating that is tapped together with red safety tape. Black mold around the window sills. Reused toilet paper rolls. Save your money. If you want close to Camelback mt that’s about the only pro. It’s like a mile up the road. Save your money.

The staff were pleasant enough The room I stayed in needed some love. Sad wallpaper peeling, non functional outlets, sad paint peeling, sad shower head that had nominal pressure No bed bugs though. Its not a 3 star facility

My family and I stayed overnight, we were in the area visiting someone. The lady who checked us in was very nice, the lobby was clean and bright with a nice christmas decorations. The room was clean, we had a nice dinner in the restaurant with a view of the slopes from camelback. The 2 ladies in the restaurant were nice and friendly. There was amble parking

The staff were very pleasant. Nevertheless, the hotel's condition leaves much to be desired. The facilities seem outdated. There was a malfunction with the door lock, and rust was noticeable in the bathroom, so we had to request a different room. Regular updates to the rooms would be appreciated. Initially, my wife was inclined to seek accommodations elsewhere.
