Syringes everywhere around. Beds were horrific, fridge didnt work. Staff didnt care. Shouldnt be allowed to opperate. Worrst place ive ever stayed

DO NOT STAY HERE, booked room for 2 nights and never stayed. We found needle caps, dirty lace underwear, pills, black mold, filthy walls, stab hole in door etc I wish I could upload photos. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! As a family we felt VERY unsafe with the other guests who were staying there. The photos shown online are very misleading

Staff were great room i know its a buget accommodation but a little more attention could happen eg family room but only had a crockery for 2 no microwave bowls no tea towel only 2 beach chairs a fold away table would be nice and a few marks on the wall but over all i would stay there again position position positon pitty about the pool gone also may be a bbq would be good also

Was very clean, comfortable, & convenient, if a little tired (things seem to be underway to address some of that tiredness, but they haven’t got it done yet). I was there for one night only, and it was good for that purpose.

Never would I ever stay here again very very rundown bedding was clean but the rest of the 2 bedroom place was very old and rundown mould and dust everywhere

Friendly staff who worked to get me early access to my room to prepare for a family event. The building and rooms are very dated and would benefit from some upgrading. I had two leaking taps that dripped all night. The room was clean and fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. I will continue to use this accommodation when in Cronulla.

I tried to cancel yes i was a day late but my contracted covid19 at work as a nurse and we couldn't get tgere ..rang motel sent email etc they said bad luck tried to contact expedia no luck either ..never use expedia again and will my many friends and thousands on Facebook how i was treated especially when my wife is a front line worker...its a joke ...

the reception man didn't speak clear English, difficult to understand us. The bathroom was fairly new, clean & nice. The room #123 was infested with small black ants, everywhere. There was no cutlery or plates in the room. Went to reception to ask, he brought out a grubby broken cardboard box which had new cutlery but could only find 2 forks & 1 knife, waited while he went into 2 other rooms & gave us 1 knife which had been used & not washed. Then went to 3 other rooms & gave us 2 crockery bowls as he couldn't find any plates - we found this very poor & disgusting - not what we expected. We will definitely not recommend this motel to anyone nor will we stay there ever again. Expedia should not put their name on this motel, they should be ashamed to do that.

Despite the rules by Management, numerous people staying in the hotel partied on till 2.00 am, and the management did nothing about it. A bit run down, but it was clean
