Where do I start. The location of the property and the layout were very good. Close to the beach and enough rooms and bathrooms to make it very comfortable. However, when we got there, the place was a pig sty. Nothing had been vacuumed, and we found hairballs, nail clippings, safety pins, hair clips, sand. It was so bad that my wife started vacuuming and that is really what you want to do when you get to a place on vacation. The pool area had bottle caps, more hair clips, empty McDonalds cups, lids and straws. The grill was unusable and the pool had not been vacuumed, so there was sand all over the bottom. The lids on the garbage cans were filthy, as were the counter tops. I cleaned the counters and some kind of red goop came off. The kitchen table had not been cleaned and was sticky. There was mold on the shower liner of the master bedroom, and gum stuck on the side of the basin cabinet by the toilet paper holder. We called the realty company and told them about what was going on, but since it was the weekend, there was nothing that they could do. Finally, someone came by on Tuesday and looked at the issues. They brough us a new grill, and had a couple come in to clean, but they really did nothing. Sadly, they were older and it really seemed as if they were having trouble just being there. Net is that I have pictures of everything that I saw and have posted below some of them, and I will never rent from Dunes realty again.
