Unfortunately this resort advertises something that is WAY beyond their willingness to deliver. There are some good things, but too many bad tings to make me want to come back. First off, the owners (likely an investment group) clearly isn’t interested in giving this place a renovation that is 10 years over-due. There is no water in the rooms; the first time I’ve ever encountered that. Odd. The food looks good on paper but not well executed. Things I did like: nice location to get away from it all, black-out blinds, and a decent outdoor jacuzzi.

Skamania Lounge is a beautiful place surrounded by nature. The large windows show stunning views, and the cozy setting creates a peaceful and welcoming feeling. I really enjoyed spending time there and would love to come back.

I would like to Know who runs the show at this hotel ? Expedia seems to act as if they controll the reservation and the booking of this Lodge. I canceled my reservation with the front desk O 04/09/25 by message, The lodge call me on 04/10/25 to confirm cancelation. I also filed a claim with travel insurance

Really enjoyed our time at the lodge. Had a beautiful room overlooking the river. Enjoyed morning walks on the lake/ creek trails. Staff was always super friendly, special shoutout to Warren our waiter in the restaurant, super nice guy, really good person and informative with surrounding areas. Only thing that wasn’t exceptional in our 2 day stay was I thought the restaurant had just ok food at best. We ordered the seafood salad and NY Steak. Both dishes lacked in quality for what was charged. But view from table was awesome anyway. But overall loved our stay. Great place.

We had a wonderful stay at the Skamania Lodge. The grounds are beautiful with a lot of activity options. We really enjoyed the bonfire after dark. Can’t wait to go back!
