I am usually not a city person but my stay at this little house was welcoming and perfectly situated for our needs, on quiet street ,close to downtown with restaurants ,shopping and a great walking park,Mundy Pond only a few blocks away. The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and the hot tub a nice bonus. Thank you Marcus for answering questions quickly and welcoming us with a bottle of wine.

The best thing about this house is the location and Marcus was quick to get back to us Unfortunately we found the house was not as clean as it should have been, the furniture was worn , and the yard especially the back needed attention! Grass needed cutting and old broken furniture should be removedWe had a mouse in the house and a lot of carpenter ants so that wasnt good Wish we could recommend it but did not enjoy our stay!

Awesome stay. the location is amazing you are within 2 miles of like everthing and on a cul de sac its really out of the way and secluded for where it is... hot tub was great.. only minor issues not really an inconvenience.. could use some updated bedding... when we go back we will try to get the same place again.... owner was awesome to deal with.

Perfect City Getaway

Stayed for almost a week due to family member requiring surgery. The house was so cozy and clean, everything that you could need was provided by the host. The neighborhood was so quiet while being centrally located. Added bonus was the hot tub thay was a great way to relax after a long day.

Absolutely LOVED this place ! Worked perfectly for myself , husband, my brother and his wife and our mom ! We travelled for a wedding and are so glad we booked here ! It was close to everything, the the house was very clean and felt comfortable, had everything we needed and more ,the back yard was a great asset and just enhanced our stay . the owners we very quick to respond to any questions we had , and allowed an early check in , which was nice considering we crossed on the ferry and arrived in Newfoundland earlier than regular check in .I would most definitely stay here again . Would highly recommend!
