The carpet in the hallways needs to go

Front desk clerk yelled at me when I asked to repeat what she said. We asked if there was a bathroom on that level. She barked “no”. It was a long drive and it took a long time to check in. The door to our room was wide open and blocked by dirty towels when we got there. Parking was easy. Bathroom was old and strange shaped but clean.

Great location, in the middle of downtown. Very clean, friendly staff. A draw back is the distance from the front desk. The room can easily be located almost a quarter mile from the front desk.

The room was very clean & the staff was courteous & friendly. Very nice experience & will return.

The room was not clean. There was vomit in the sink, and the room smelled. We got transferred to another room, and there was hair everywhere. The pictures were deceiving . The rooms are extremely small. There are drug addicts everywhere. I didn’t stick around to see what they had for breakfast. I didn’t want to eat somewhere where it was so dirty. The front desk clerk was dirty. She looked disheveled, and didn’t have pride in herself. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. I wanted to sleep in my car and get a refund .

My room wasn’t the cleanest. Old and outdated. Breakfast was just okay. Same thing every day.
