I would have scored lower to 2 due to the front desk not react accordingly. The bathroom was overflowing and he just dropped off the plunger for me to fix instead of sending a maintenance guy. I came back later that day and the room is still flooded. The cleaning crew never cleaned it, I went back to the front desk and at this time the new front desk person a girl name Faga was able to transfer me to a new room and I truly appreciate it. Thank her for helping me out with making my stay comfortable. The previous front desk personnel could have done that earlier. Room was clean and everything was smooth other than that.

The room was bigger than what I thought. Nice and clean, The staff was friendly. The only thing is it got hot. The thermostat had low battery but we only stayed for the 1 night. And it was fine.
