Don’t stay here

This hotel was gross and way over priced. We had a “suite” with a bedroom. There was a full kitchen but no plates/utencils/pots. And the extra room had no lights. Not overhead or lamps.

This place sucks!!! No coffee pot, no charging stations near beds. No wash cloths. Reservation required to have rm made up. Light fixture in bathroom about to fall off ceiling.

We stayed at the property for the convenience of shuttles to both the train and the airport. It is an older property and shows its age but I felt confident that it was clean with crisp sheets and fluffy towels. We loved the area on the creek. It definitely was priced fairly and if you are staying mainly for a place to sleep it's a great bargain.

Property was FAIR, it was a bit dated & it seemed that they were going through a transition of sorts. Our room had no extra seating other than the beds, the sprinkler heads in the ceiling still had tape on them from painting the ceiling. I feel like the potential was there but has yet to be attained. Beds were comfortable, linens clean, staff was accommodating & friendly. It was a comfortable bed for rest after a very long day of travel, if you are ok with that its perfect

There was no shuttle and we were left stranded at the airport for an hour and a half. Every time we called we were hung up on. When we got to the hotel we asked to be reimbursed for our uber answer absolutely not. Needless to say we will never stay at another one of your properties and plan to let everyone we can know about our experience. A little customer service goes a long way but we didn't even get an apology. Never again!

Location was great since I wanted to be close to the train station. Slept well in the bed, but wasn't sure I was going to get hot water in the shower - IT TOOK FOREVER!! Staff was great as was the shuttle service.

There was hair in the tub. Paint splatter in the tub. Switches in bathroom were hanging off the wall. Patch job in bathroom door that wasn’t done right. Brown stain on the floor. Door latch was busted off. Very thin blankets on bed (felt more like sheets). Staff was not friendly at all. Eggs were rubber and bacon all but gone right as breakfast opened up. This wasn’t a good experience. Made it worse we paid so much money and it felt like a rip off.

This motel is a very OLD motel with zero amenities …. The breakfast staff was overwhelmed with no management help - the shuttle was clean and available. Old Shower had Luke warm water and leaky sink. Management not very friendly or accommodating

We were surprised how run down this place was. Our room had no furniture in the sitting area. The latch on the door was gone so no security lock. Not enough help in the breakfast area so the gal could not keep up with the breakfast rush. Got back to hotel at night to find out that our key had been deactivated. The only nice thing was they offered a shuttle to take you places.
