The remodel is coming along really nice. The team working were amazing and I will stay there again without hesitation. A few things that I am hoping will be improved include; The sheets and towels were a bit on the rough side. With how nice everything looks and is I hope they dial aspect in. The shower never really reached a warmer temperature. A hot shower is a non-negociable. Last thing is ice machines, I was on the third floor and it was an inconvenience to not have access to ice. I am hopeful they will continue to get these things dialed in. Overall a great place and again the remodel is coming along very nice oh and the food was better than good.

Great stay!

Excellent hotel! We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very clean and cute! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And the restaurant for the hotel was top notch! So glad we decided to stay here and eat at the restaurant. Do note that it may be a little difficult for tall people as the hallway on level 2 was very low. It was fine for us as we are vertically challenged but anyone taller might have a problem.

They are heavy into a major remodel on this property. Overall, room was excellent. Most comfortable bed and pillows of our trip. Downtown Anchorage can be dodgy, but felt very safe in this hotel. Construction is currently a little bizarre with where to checkin and park, especially at night. Only dislike was walking from the parking lot up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator

We enjoyed the unique hotel experience. The rooms were expertly designed. Although under construction, we never heard any noise. Anchorage has a bad homelessness issue; however, security kept the sidewalks clear and clean, and we felt safe walking downtown.

Gorgeous hotel they are in the process of updating. Love the look and quality of the furnishing - so comfortable!!! Very quiet except for road noise - some people were racing their motors in the late evening but not the hotels fault. I was in room 2136 and the even rooms on that floor are ground level and against the road. So if that will bother you, then try to request an odd number or a lower floor. Really enjoyed my stay and will book again next time I’m in town! Lovely front desk staff. The restaurant had delicious dinner too!
