Downtown Anchorage beach accommodation

You know there was hardly any breakfast food because they were apparently understaffed, on Mother’s Day all you could have was toast!!! The housekeeping did not come AT ALL even though we were there for three nights!! I had to go down and ask for garbage bags and more towels and put our dirty ones out in the hallway. The hair dryer was completely missing and must have been pulled out of the wall, there were just holes where it should have been. The gym equipment was 1/2 out of order as was one of the dryers. The only staff member that was helpful and at least tried was Joolah. (Hopefully I spelled his name correctly)

Beautifully designed and executed property. Having access to a restaurant and a barista was very convenient. The beds, linens, and amenities were perfect. The staff was always very helpful.

The renovations in the main area was beautiful but the bedding was less desirable. Poor pillow quality. Food for breakfast buffet was excellent but the dinner food was not very good.

TERRIBLE THE PLACE HAD HOOKERS AND IT WAS DIRTY. CALLED THEM TO CANCEL KNOWING DAMN WELL I DIDNT CHECK IN. DONT EVER BOOK OR STAY HERE!!!!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! MONEY EATING MFS

Fantastic location. Walkable to some of Anchorage’s best restaurants.
