They need complimentary coffee in the lobby for early risers. There is no coffee in the lobby. The restaurant had a cold breakfast buffett. No cook the entire time; the buffet was the only option. Had to drive to downtown Anchorage for breakfast.

The room was well insulated; I did not get cold once in the hotel. Which is a big deal in ANC in February. The staff was great; the room was clean and quiet. A very comfortable stay.

Always clean and in a decent area of town. Not much of anchorage feels clean or safe anymore and it feels clean and safe at the lakefront! Front counter staff are always super helpful and kind.

The room was nice and so was the hotel. Nice little gym and pool. The bar is okay but the service is not great. I went in there two nights after a long day working and really just looked forward to getting a beer and a bite to eat. I sat down at the bar and after 10 minutes I was asked if I wanted anything.
