The check in process takes forever at this hotel. Plus there is usually a line of people to check in. They charge a resort fee that they will not give you a receipt for. I asked for it at check in and when I checked out. They said they would email it to me but they didn't. I stay it Anchorage several nights a month for work and this used to be my goto place to stay but I'll never stay again. Also the bus to the airport only runs once per hour now. There are much better hotels nearby.

I always rebook this hotel every time we stay in Anchorage. The overall standard is very good, the front desk are consistently helpful and polite, the breakfast is always excellent and the lunch and dinner options are very good too
