Appears to be an older facility. The lady at the desk seemed a little short and rude and doesn’t make eye contact. Place is a bit dated. The hallway rugs need replaced or severely cleaned. The room seemed clean but again, dated. It wasn’t as I would describe as cozy, but minimal. A close distance to the airport. They charge an additional $25 service fee that I wasn’t anticipating. Stay was ok but not exceptional.

The hotel was an average hotel. It looked nothing like the pictures. The front desk gave us a room above the dumpsters with the window open so it smelled like trash. They gave us another room that was they said didn’t face the lake, but it did. They had no clue at the desk what rooms were what. We went to dinner there after traveling all day from Denver and the restaurant was out of salmon. The next morning we went to get coffee before one of our day trips and it was closed because something was broken. Our room was only cleaned twice. And when we got home, I had a charge on my credit card for $120 that I wasn’t told about. Pretty disappointed.

Nice hotel

Check in was very easy and fast. She did give us a partial view, but when we got to the room it was a view of another building. The room was clean. The hotel had nice decor. The hallways were very long, so if are older or have inability to walk long distances, I would ask for a room closer to the lobby. The hallways were short, my husband is 6’4” and he had to duck in some spots. Walking around the property and watching the plans take off was a treat!

Rooms rundown, but breakfast has good views

Room has no lakefront views, room condition including carpet , bathroom and air conditioning unit looked very run down, no slippers in the room. Breakfast place is the nice area with views of the lake and sea planes , if you want that I’d suggest going there for breakfast but staying elsewhere
