Had a great stay here, would stay again. Property is modern, clean & safe - staff was very friendly. The food at the various locations was tasty & fairly reasonably priced. The pool area was beautiful, spacious & very clean.

Great location to walk downtown to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Our stay here was great. Good size room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was only a small charge and good options that the kitchen staff kept well-stocked. There were also plenty of places to sit even though it could get busy. Every staff member from housekeeping to front desk were very courteous. One change I’d make is that the gym should have a regular pulley machine. It only had a “Tonal” machine which is super hard to use and for only one person at a time. These machines are not a good choice for hotel customers. Also, the restaurant in-house was not open til later and you have to have reservations almost everywhere else. All in all a great stay!

Cabin was beautiful and cozy, loved the access to amenities and the full stocked kitchen. Pool was small but great addition for a quick swim with the kids.

Unfortunately, something was wrong with the computer system, so I was given a room that had guests already asleep in it. Needless to say those guests were not happy. The staff was very kind, but it was awkward and unsettling.

Beautiful hotel. Restaurant was good and casino was the best in Black Hawk.
