Clean, staff did well cleaning room & replacing towels etc. Breakfast was good. Strange though, they offered soap & shampoo in shower...but they were empty. Guessing thats why they gave you little shampoo & soap samples in sink. Also, room is layed out weird. Very little room upon entry. Would recommend though.

Good location

Upon check in at 410P the desk clerk was sitting at a desk in another room He never acknowledged me. I waited about 5min before he came out. No apology I had direct sight of him so he did of me. No bell to ring. Location is great for downtown. Nice view. Tough with no elevator in our building.

If you’re looking for an updated luxury stay this is not it. Older property with a try at updating the rooms. Unfortunately the room’s blueprint is awkward. You enter to a confined area with the sink directly in front of you, the closet to your left and a miniature bathroom to the right. You have to straddle the toilet to open the door to enter and exit the bathroom. The rest of the room is open and comfortable. I did appreciate the six fluffed pillows on the bed. The walk to restaurants and shops was 5 minutes. Great location.

Never like to give bad reviews ever, but really not impressed other than good location to walk around the town. There are 3 buildings not attached to each other that I couldn’t see in original pictures before booking. My room was at the last building the one farthest from the lobby/breakfast area. A lot of the hotel rooms were accessible to the outdoor, this room you did have to walk in to building and go down a hallway, the outside doors are unlocked so guests or non guests would be able to come into the building which gave me a safety concern. After being unpacked and settled went to take a shower and there was no hot water/ water pressure to be able to take a shower. Did call the front desk and someone showed up and only option was to switch rooms and go the second level.. due to it being late and unpacked/settled moving our stuff as just not something we wanted to do after hiking all day. They unfortunately said they couldn’t give us a discount on the room because of purchasing on a travel website. We left unhappy and not clean.
