Very disappointed that there was dirty marks on bedding and towels. Toilet seat was unstable and loose. Bathroom door would not shut. Staff were unable to help with complaint as booked through Expedia although supplied clean towels.

We booked on short notice as passing through on our way to California. Hotel is nice, easy access off freeway, clean rooms. Comfy bed and lovely hot shower! Price was right too!

Our room was clean and quiet. The front desk staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. Very close to hot springs and downtown also. My son and his friends had fun with the pickle ball courts and free equipment.

While the breakfast included most of the standard options, they were well prepared with some variety over our couple of nights. Really a nice multi-building layout with nice amenities on the property and in the heart of activity around the hot springs pool complex, bike paths, and the historic Colorado Hotel. Easy walk across the Colorado River to downtown. Would stay here again while in the area.
