Feel like there was a "bait and switch" re $14 additional cost for parking that wasn't very apparent on the website. It was acceptably clean, not immaculate. Toilet was VERY low; if any mobility issues wouldn't recommend.

We recently stayed at the Grand Vista Hotel and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, it’s a very affordable place to stay, and we found it comfortable and nicely decorated. We also really appreciated that they allow pets, since we've stayed there before with our furry friends. Plus, everything was nice and clean, and we loved that the room had a full bathtub rather than just a shower, which added a little extra comfort. On the downside, we did have some trouble with the outlets in our suite. It was hard to find usable outlets, especially near the bed, and the ones we did find were so loose that cords kept falling out. The same issue happened in the bathroom, making it a bit tricky to charge devices. Also, the pool didn't open until 9 AM, which was a bit of a letdown since we were hoping for an early morning swim before heading out. Overall, the hotel has some great perks for the price, and with a few tweaks, it could be even better.

We had to pay to $14 for overnight parking . Why? We wer barely there 9 hours. We left at 3:30 am to catch our flight and will be paying $ every day we're parking at the airport for 14 days. I felt ripped off.

First thing you need to know ... you'll be charged $14 per night for parking. I'm not sure why. My reservation didn't include those details. The parking lot is mostly empty. There is no valet service. We're not in Miami, NY, or LA --- and if we were the hotel would have surely let me know there was a parking fee. You should also to know is that you may get a musty smelling room, but don't worry, you can get it changed for a room where the musty smell has been covered up. You also you might like to know that you could have hair in your tub at no additional charge like I did; not a little bit but a lot. Don't expect any morning coffee in the lounge. You have to try and make it from the substandard materials in your room. Finally, if you think you might get some computer done in your room, think again, the internet service is terrible.

Check-in I found out I had to pay for parking and breakfast was not included. Usually parking is free. Would be nice to have know this when I booked my room. I won’t be using Expedia ever again. They charged me an extra $10 for another person.. it’s crazy when you put how many people are in your party, and then they charge extras The room 504 smelled like cigarettes The bathroom was never cleaned, bed was not made and there was someone clothing item in the closet. Talked to the front desk and they were so kind to change my room, and gave me a free meal, but I would have to pay for my daughters. The next room they put me in was 525. Smelled like cigarettes, and pets. I should have left but was 12 hours driving and needed rest. The bed was by far the worst bed we have ever slept on, you could feel the springs in the mattress that was hard and old!! Time to upgrade! The sheets had marks/stains. They did give me a free meal ticket after the complaint but I would have to pay for my daughter to eat. I didn’t want to give another dollar to that business. My husband met me there so we had to pay for two vehicles. Just don’t go!! Spend the extra money for a clean room!! Their cleaners do not clean. The carpet is nasty, smells like animals had accidents,. Skip this hotel. The wallpaper is pealing off and bubbled. The rooms look like they were updated in the 90’s and they painted over cracks. The hall is nicer than the rooms..The rooms are dark and old!! It is not worth the money!!
