South Mountain accommodation with spa

I love staying here when I come to Phoenix! The property is beautiful and the staff is always so helpful and friendly! The property has several pools to help relax during your stay. I want to commend the employee who helped me to check in he was so friendly and helpful! Thank you for always making my stay wonderful!

Little things let this property down. We arrived after check in (4:00 pm), and had to wait a further 40 minutes before our room was ready. The mini bar is NOT refrigerated. When you arrive you find out that the contents of the mini bar are warm. You them have to go to the free ice stations and fill the ice bucket to cool the drinks. The toilet door does not have a runner to sit on and flaps around. There are NO coffee cups in the room. The only 2 glasses are in the ensuite. The rooms are quite large and the furniture reflects the era of the building, 1950's and 1960's, which is done quite well.
