Our flight was delayed and had us landing in Phoenix at 2am. When I called the hotel to let them know we were arriving late (so as not to assume we are no shows) the staff was SO NICE i was floored. She seemed genuinely upset for us that our plans were delayed, and made sure to let the night manager know we were still en route. When we arrived, the night manager made quick business of getting us situated and up to our rooms. The rooms are nice enough - big and spacious, clean, nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The air was a bit stale when we first walked in the room but that cleared up quickly once we ran the air. They offered us late check out which was super nice given we barely had time to sleep. And the shuttle back to the airport came in clutch for me to go pick up our rental car in the morning. Added bonus, the Waffle House next door has great breakfast and awesome staff as well. If I ever need an airport hotel by Phoenix again, I’d definitely return here.

Clean and spacious rooms! Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is ok. Did not eat at restaurant in hotel but as I walked by it looked like very good food. Would stay again if ever in the area again.

Nice room, but the bedside stand is literally falling off the wall. Front desk staff is nice, but took awhile to check in because they couldn’t operate the card reader to work CC to run for the deposit and they put me in a handicapped room without asking. They did give me another room when I requested it.

The customer service was actually pretty awesome. Nadia at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rest of the hotel is OK. Things are a little worn and dated except for the main lobby. The shower, however it was excellent.
