Phoenix Ski Resorts

Breakfast was fresh, good tasting, nice variety of coffee, other food choice lacked varieties. It was a busy time of year , pizza parties outside etc, & food to be left in pizza boxes next morning. The pool and whirlpool areas were not cleaned up in a timely manner. The exercise room had old towels sitting for 2 days. The rooms were clean and staff helpful to an extent most claimed not to speak English. Pool was cold water but the heat in the air made it a little better . Whirlpool was very hot .

Had to have someone come clean our bathroom because of the hair and possible blood on the back of the bathroom door. Got in late Friday night and didn’t have any sheets, blanket, or pillow to make the couch for our kid and had to ask twice on Saturday but other than that it was a great stay.

We didn't need to use the shuttle as we had rental car. We ate outside

Tremendously large room in wonderful condition. The staff were kind and helpful.

Everything was wonderful during our stay and we were close to everything
