Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hilton Phoenix at the Peak. The highlight was definitely the water park—it was perfect for families and kept our kids entertained for hours. The lazy river, slides, and poolside atmosphere made for a fun and relaxing experience. That said, the room we stayed in felt a bit outdated and could use some updates. The most frustrating issue was the toilet, which ran loudly throughout our stay and made it difficult to sleep at times. Despite that, the friendly staff and great amenities helped make up for it. We’d consider staying again, especially for the pool area, but would hope for a more modern and well-maintained room next time.

Horrible for Staycation.

Not impressed. Especially with the water park shutting down an hour after check in and having to share 1 Motel6 sized pool with the rest of the hotel...with swim up bar closed... on Saturday night of mothers day weekend. A waste of a resort fee. Horrible Staycation. We could have saved money, stayed home and swam at our community pool.

This is nothing like the listing or the pictures provided. The room was dirty and smelly we left. It was absolutely nothing as described or pictured. Half of the hotel is boarded up. Half of it is under renovation. What is open looks like it’s been housing homeless people.

Waited for my road trip from WA to AZ for months, check in process was smooth and welcoming. I was even offered an upgrade for practically nothing (Ambassador Suite) and was definitely appreciated. Room was perfect. Literally 5 mins after entering the room I received a phone call informing me that my father was in the hospital and he was passing. I rushed to the front desk to let them know that I had to leave and nothing bad been touched hoping they could just pass it to someone else. My reservation was noon refundable so I didn't even think to ask for a refund or exception of any kind, the leadership that assisted me instantly let me know that it was ok and offered me a full refund, I was shocked and even asked if they were sure because it was non refundable. I'm still shocked that they were so understanding and willing to help my situation any way possible. I will be rebooking in the very near future.

And a Happy Mother's Day we had

OMG! I booked a stay for myself and 3 others to celebrate a mother's day staycation. We had so much fun! We was able to be accommodated with golf cart rides to and from our spa treatment apps. The pool area was great, friendly staff throughout our stay. It was amazing. We are definitely talking about when are we going to book again.

It was nice for this price I’ll get something else the slide in water park didn’t work and the water park close at 6 really earl.the dinner in the steak house was expensive and disgusting and the waters was very mean 😢 overall was ok not worth the price at all !!!
