I LOVED the atmosphere and how amazing the hotel staff were. Even when sold out, the receptionist were so sweet and understanding of the WiFi being laggy. The bartender was the sweetest to have and she felt so bad for how long my food was being taken to made, she comp my drink for free. I was here for roughly two nights for a comic con in Phoenix and whenever I have the chance again, I’ll definitely be back here again.

Art was cool, rooms looked cool, could've been an enjoyable experience. if the sink wouldntve flooded the room. (There's no bathroom privacy btw, which is no biggie to me - but in case you wanna know.) Got banned 🚫 Cause I requested a late check out, but 4 different occasions someone came and knocked on the door and asked me what was going on why I'm still there. They obviously were not communicating anything to each other. Which is funny cuz I made the third guy walkie talkie down to front desk and confirmed they got the information, and apparently they still didn't because the manager came 20 mins later and because I had slight attitude in my voice when I informed him it was the 4th time I had to verify my late checkout, his ass told me I'm not allowed to stay there ever again. Literally didn't say anything wrong, only black and white facts with the * ever so slightest* attitude.
