The staff at this Hilton Resort were top notch. They were friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. You can see the age of this resort… might need some updating in the near future to compete with other resort options. Room was clean but I felt it could have been cleaner. I loved how quiet it was at this hotel but it might be due to the season. Dinner was amazing! Staff was wonderfully amazing at the restaurants on site too.

This was my second stay at this property.The property is lovely and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable despite the property being on the older side (1980's). I think the age adds to the charm. The many available pools and hot tubs meet whatever need you are looking for, quiet, lively, or sunset. The Falls is the larger pool and has something for everyone, families, cabanas, and a full service bar with delivery of food and drinks available directly to your lounge chair. The only complaint anyone in my party had was that the poolside menu was expensive for the quality of food. The included breakfast with our stay was perfect. You have the option of ordering from the menu or the buffet and the buffet option included an omelet station. The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. I'm not usually a buffet fan, but the quality of the abundant selections (pastries, meats, eggs, breads, yogurt, cereal/granola) far exceeded my expectations. The selection of fresh berries and fruits was outstanding and consistent every day of our week-long stay.

My stay at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort was excellent overall. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. The room was very clean and the service was efficient. I especially enjoyed the beautiful mountain views, convenient parking, and the peaceful atmosphere around the property. The only minor downside was that some parts of the property could use a little maintenance and modernization, but it didn’t affect my stay. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, enjoy quality amenities, and experience warm hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

Everyone was friendly, facilities were clean, and the bartender Keith was great! He got my to go orders ready, separated our drinks and food for the pool from the drinks and food we were going to take back to the room. He made sure there were utensils and plates and condiments in the to go bag and was just overall friendly, attentive and remembered the order the following evening when we came back.
