Nice room, gross pool

The room was fantastic and checking in was smooth and easy! Front desk ladies were so sweet and kind to my girls! They gave us the option for higher floor for my girls to enjoy a nice view. Where our issue was, it was with the pool. It was dirty…there was trash in the pool and bird poop from the ducks and geese that swam in it. We chose the location for the pool and it was sad to not have been able to enjoy it.

A great place to stay. The room was large and comfortable. The casino was large enough and it helped that we won. The shuttle to the stadium was very helpful. We will stay here the next time we visit.

Very clean , cleaning staff is very good . We had issues with our water not heating up called a few times about it never got it fixed and front desk didn’t seem to care. Hotel is nice but staff in certain areas can do better with attitude and managing to issues, we took warm to cold showers daily because nothing was done.

First time staying at this property. I have traveled to PHX for years for work and due to limited hotel availability had to choose the talking stick resort. Very happy I did. Property was extremely clean, staff very polite and the rooms were EXCELLENT. Room quality was very high-level and room amenities also excellent.

Great resort!

The hotel was excellent! The customer service was fabulous from check-in to the cleaning staff to valet to room service. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The food was also very good!

Awesome resort!

Our experience was excellent at the Talking Stick Resort. The room was very comfortable and loved the bathroom! We ate at the Blue Coyote restaurant several times and the food was great and our server Jasmine was the best! Unfortunately our weather was cool and rainy so we didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub but they were very clean and heated which was nice. Great place to be since we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoors much during our few days in Scottsdale. Very convenient to downtown Scottsdale too
