Check in took 25 minutes but not really the fault of the front desk staff. While we were waiting one guest came back and said her room hadn't been cleaned. Then when we got our room ours hadn't been cleaned either. We were given an upgrade which we appreciated. Toilet paper is cheap and towels are thin. This place needs to get its act together a little better.

Toilet barely flushed and ran the whole time. Didn't get housekeeping or new towels for 3 days. The pool was uncomfortable because of how sharp/rough the plaster was. Fitness area had no actual work out equipment. The hotel was run-down and dirty.

Only good thing about going here was the very kind check in staff other than that I would not stay here again. The restrooms are disgusting, the toilet seat is stained yellow. If you’re looking for a comfortable bed it’s not definitely not here, there is not really a comforter on the bed just a sheet with a cheap thin cotton blanket.

It seemed very rundown and in need of an update. No placards for door knob asking for room clean up or do not disturb. Staff was not super helpful. Toilet was a kids height, very annoying. Room was Spartan like, very sparse. Room door would not respond constantly to key. I will stay somewhere else next time
