South Beach beach accommodation

Very family friendly. Beach and pool and super nice. Everything is close by.

Super dissatisfied! We paid full price for hotel room and facilities that we couldnt use while the hotel hosted a massive music festival event. We were totally unaware of this and feel like we should have been advised upon booking. Management offered no apologies or compensation.

The staff at Park Central were gracious and accommodating. A very nice way to enjoy South Beach.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I mistakenly booked the wrong date and immediately reached out—both directly and through Expedia —to request a simple cancellation or date change. I even made a new reservation for the correct dates, yet the hotel made zero effort to assist. No reply. No acknowledgment. Nothing. For a hotel that presents itself as upscale, this level of disregard is unacceptable. I would seriously reconsider staying here based on how poorly they handle even the simplest customer requests.

Les chambres sont plus petites qu’elles ont l’air sur les photos mais elles sont confortables . Pour un court séjour , le rapport qualité prix est bon.

After reading so may negatives reviews, I was apprehensive. The hotel turned out being great for the price. Location is awesome, the pool was great and the staff was suuuuper nice. Bonus point for shower pressure! The bed was also quite comfortable. I’d stay here again for sure
