The staff is very attentive and try to do their best to accommodate your needs. The hotel does need renovations, but overall the experience is excellent. The food in the restaurant is good -and made with love.

Had a great stay and was able to check in early due to my flight being an early flight . The only issue for me was the WiFi it was not working at all! I’m a student so it was hard for me to do work with out no WiFi.

Everyone was pretty friendly. We had to get our own wash clothes, trash bags, take out our own trash. Cleanliness wasn't the greatest. I did like the beach chairs and towels offered. We tried to eat at the restaurant one night and the Waite staff never acknowledged us so we ended up going somewhere else. Probably wouldn't stay there again all in all it was just OK for a couple of days. It was all right.

It isn’t a place for kids, the room next to me had someone that was fighting all nigh The hotel says you get a discount if you eat at their restaurant but the staff was horrible and we ended up eating somewhere else but not before we owed $80 dollars for 7 cokes and one margarita that had to be sent back and remade because of a bug in it The next morning the woman at the front desk wore sunglasses and was rude You have to slam the room doors shut or they won’t close We will never stay here again or recommend this place

The property itself looked great. The staff werre friendly and efficient and helpful. However, the level of dampness in the room was incdedible. We have never seen anything like it in twenty years of travelling. Our suitcases were actually wet when we left. We also didn’t eat there because the restaurant seemed a little overpriced to us. There were cheaper options nearby. We would not stay in Miami Beach again. It’s not good value for money.
