This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home sits on a large paddock with easy access to water. It features split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our tiny home is off-grid and powered by solar energy. Please conserve energy during the day and use it only when necessary to prevent power outages.

Planning a group stay? We’ve got two cabins (each for 2 adults) — Moon Bay & River Ridge. Just give your land host a heads-up 24 hrs in advance!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house, except for the main house. For group bookings, we also offer a second tiny home, "River Ridge Tiny House," available with 24 hours prior notice.

Off-Grid Guidelines:

Please bring portable power banks and charge electronics in advance. Conserve energy by avoiding lights during the day and opening windows for fresh air. Your cooperation helps ensure a sustainable stay.

- Opossum Bay Jetty Pier is ideal for fishing, relaxing, or enjoying beautiful sunsets.

By public transport:

- Taxis are available at the airport, but we recommend using a private vehicle for easier travel to nearby coastal towns.

Other Things to Note:
- Mobile reception has a strong signal with Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone while there is a weak signal with other telcos.

- Charcoal BBQ Grill is available
- Only 2 pets are allowed by prior notice
- Expect fluffy rabbits on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas
- Recycling/compost bins are provided to dispose of rubbish properly
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Firewood is available at extra cost of $10 per bag and must be paid directly to land host
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
