quiet and pleasant country house, with 4 complete rooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and one with bath), living room and fully equipped kitchen, sat-tv in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms, pool of 8 * 4 meters, porch with nice table and chairs and large terrace with umbrellas and hammocks.
It has two floors and from the top floor with sea views.
the house is located on a large estate of 16,000 square meters with almond and carob trees. the situation is very quiet ideal for families or couples. The nearest town is only 2 km away and 5 km from the beautiful beaches of Cala Millor and Cala Bona.

It is also very well located for golf courses and hiking.

Beautiful villa

We had a great family holiday. The villa is really beautiful in an amazing setting the views are fantastic. The swimming pool is great the kids were never out of it. A lovely BBQ and outside seating area. The only downside and star drop was no air conditioning.. We bought a couple of fans from the local shop that helped. You will need a car as it is not near enough to walk anywhere.. But it's only 10 min drive to Cala bona and cala millor where there are loads of restaurants, shops etc. The owners were lovely, the communication was great. Would definitely recommend
