Not worth it

Booked a corner room, with fireplace, jetted tub and balcony. Due to renovations, fireplace didn't work and the hotel swimming pool was closed. The jetted tub needed repairing and the room safe needed me batteries. The shower nozzle didn't cleaning and overall value for money was simply not there. The entire 3rd floor was being worked on and the hallway had sheet rock dust on the carpets, other parts of the carpet in the hallway had been ripped up, the walls had sections exposing insulation. The breakfast was nothing special. The staff were friendly and attentive but the experience was not worth it at all.

unfortunately the property is being remodeled and there was no advisement at the time of booking that the pool was unavailable. the best thing was the dog show and the wonderful dogs that were there. the hallway carpet was filthy but the room was ok. breakfast was tolerable but long wait for the one waffle maker.

Things we liked: ~the view! ~the bed ~breakfast (the Asian lady who was working this is AMAZING and friendly!) ~convenience/area of the hotel ~free wifi & parking Things we didn't like: ~the construction! (this is is temporary and NEEDED but started at 6am) ~the corner room wasn't worth the upgraded price We would stay here again though

The hotel was under renovation which expedia did not inform me when i book a room so the amenities were closed and my room stunk like wet dog. The toilet was broke. Tub still had last person hair in it, coffee pot was broke. The entry door threshold is unsafe. Pillows unconfortable, bed was hard, and the sheet and pillow case were wrinkled. Cabinets door broken. I would not refer this place to anyone.

The building is a dump. Don’t stay here.

The staff were good, but the facility was in terrible shape. The pool and hot tub were closed, all the carpets had MANY stains and in our room some of the carpet was lifting up. The first room we were given smelled so bad it took ten seconds before we started gagging. The front desk gave us a different room and that room didn’t smell, but was in need of a gutting. The bathroom door was damaged and the carpet disgusting. There was a sheet of plastic separating half of the floor and the elevator bumped. Again, the staff were very professional, but the building is a dump.

Amenities closed and under construction

I got a phone call 2 hours before my stay there.. to tell me that their pool, sauna, hot tub is all closed. That's the only reqson i booked there. Then i get there and the floors on the 3rd floor are stained HORRIBLY and a whole end of the building is taped off with some plastic wrap. They dont have smart tv in room. Just cable with a hospital remote (you know the blue and white ones that hardly work) Everything they provide for soap, conditioner, bodywash, all lemon scented (and conditioner dispenser was broken) like who the heck wants to smell like a lemon?! They need to display they are under construction and that their amenities arwnt available. I paid a lot of money and i feel hipped. Never going back. Would jave been bice to have the option to kbow about construction before purchasing room. I really should have taken photos.

Nice hotel, bummed that the jacuzzi was closed especially since I called before booking that day to ask if they had a pool and if it was running they could have mentioned that the hot tub was down. There were multiple hairs in the shower too. Other than that everything else was great and the staff were really nice

Wasn’t the best facility as one half of the property is under renovation. And you can see why, carpets are gross, paint and wallpaper coming off. Not very good noise blocking in the rooms, (you can hear everything). Biggest bummer was finding bugs in the room (ants and silverfish). Gross.
