A fantastic location, right in the heart of Shrewsbury's vibrant market town, is the beautiful Newport House.
An exclusive 2-bedroom Georgian townhouse with gated private parking and south-facing courtyard.
Perfectly placed, just 50 metres off the hustle and bustle of the high street and set within a secure, walled courtyard.
Experience this picturesque & unique market town with its many independent shops, cafes, wine bars & restaurants. Take a 10 minute walk over to the quarry park and river.
The space
Drive through the secured gated courtyard and park up (space for one car). Walk down the steps to the house within a lovely private community. Through the entrance door, the hallway leads off to the lounge with some original beams and high ceilings that gives it a real spacious feel. Large L-shaped sofa and 55" Smart TV with apps (Netflix/Amazon Prime etc), so you can put your feet up and relax after exploring Shropshire's fabulous sights. The property has Sonos discreetly installed throughout the property, so you can unwind to your own music.
The kitchen also leads from the hallway and is fully equipped with all you need, integrated appliances and a Nespresso Coffee machine. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, immaculately presented with cosy soft furnishings, with the master bedroom having a king-size bed and the second, a double. Both rooms have plenty of storage and a real feeling of space.
The stylish bathroom has a bathtub with shower over the bath.
At the front of the property, we have a small enclosed courtyard, which is south-facing. It is a great space to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Step out of the courtyard through the secret gate and you are in the centre of Shrewsbury.
You will enter the development through secure gates and we have one dedicated parking space.

Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. We provide linen and towels and these are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individual items such as shampoo, conditioners, and shower gel. If you require housekeeping, during your stay, please let us know.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
