The studio is located in the Think Building, which is the canvas for the largest urban art mural in the world, called the Urban Aquarium, in addition to being amidst icons of modernist architecture in São Paulo, such as the Copan building, the Italy Building, and the exponents of São Paulo's gastronomic scene, such as the award-winning restaurant A Casa do Porco and the traditional Bar da Dona Onça.
For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.
It is not permitted to receive visitors.
The building has laundry facilities paid separately, outside the apartment.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.
Our opening hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.
