Had a phenomenal stay at the Caribe Hilton, always a 5 star stay with Hilton and we will be booking to stay at more of their resorts around the world

This was my second time staying at the Casa Blanca Hotel. It’s a beautiful little local gem nestled within old San Juan. The lobby is stunning and the vibe is perfect for vacation. We love the rooftop tubs to cool down and relax. The complimentary coffee and water is great. The water pressure could be better in the room, but not horrible. So close to so many attractions in the city. My flight was delayed and I had to arrive a day late, so I called and they held my reservation for me. The glass elevator is cool. Next time I stay I’d like to try the cafe on the first floor. The attention to detail in this hotel always surprises me. I will be back again!

Simple but luxurious. The hotel and rooms are immaculately cleaned. The bed was one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This property was conveniently located in old San Juan. It made walking around very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. I highly suggest dining at Andaluz at least once.

We enjoyed our stay at Hugo’s rentals! The host was very responsive and communicative and we appreciated the location being so close to everything. We originally wanted a room on the 2nd floor because of the balcony but we had a lot of luggage so we liked the first floor option better. They kept our luggage on the last day so that we could explore more and check out later and we appreciated that. The wifi wasn't as strong as we would have liked but that is a small thing compared to the overall experience.
